  • A prepared blog post, including title, content, and images.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Access the Blog Feature

  1. Login to AIO HQ.
  2. Navigate to the Sites Tab → Blogs section within AIO HQ.
  3. Click on +New to start creating your blog post.

Setup the Blog Site

  1. Enter the Blog Site Title: In the Blog Title field, enter the headline for your blog post. Ensure it’s concise, engaging, and includes relevant keywords.This title is what appears in a browser tab title bar and search results.
  2. Add Domain & Slug:
  • Select a domain from the drop-down to link to your blog. If you have not yet connected a domain to AIO HQ do this via Settings → Domains → Add Domain. Once you have selected your domain Add your blog slug which will be the words that follow your domain E.g. www.mywebsite.com/slug-name-here
  1. Write the Blog Meta Description: Add a brief description or summary of the blog post. This will typically be displayed on your blog’s main page and in the description for SEO on search engines. Then click Create

Create Your First Blog Post

  1. Create Your Blog Post
  • Click +Create Blog Post to create a new blog post
  • Give the blog a Title by filling in the title field,
  • Upload a cover image (recommended size is 600px \* 400px) + add image description (Alt text)
  • Write a blog post description. Give a short description for viewers to get a glimpse of the post. Works best between 100 - 250 characters
  • Click Create post
  • Write your blog on the next page
  1. Use Styling Options:
  • Apply text formatting like Bold, Italic, Underline, or Strikethrough as needed.
  • Select a font family (e.g., sans serif, serif, cursive) from the available options or use a custom font.
  • Adjust font height and size, particularly for headers (H1, H2, etc.) and paragraphs.
  • Align the text to the right, left, center, or justify as per your design preferences.
  • Set text spacing (e.g., 1.5, 2\) to improve readability.
  1. Insert Elements:
  • 🔗 Links: Highlight text and click on the link icon to add hyperlinks. You can edit existing links by selecting the text and updating the URL.
  • 🖼️ Images: Add images from your media library or use AI-generated images. Ensure they are responsive and include appropriate alt text.
  • 🎵 Audio & 📹 Video: Insert audio clips (with autoplay or loop options) or videos (from your media library or YouTube). Define the URL, height, and width in pixels.
  • 💬 Quotes & 😀 Emojis: Add quotes or emojis to enhance the content’s engagement.
  • \</\> Custom Code: Insert custom HTML or CSS code if needed to further customize the post.
  • 📋 Bullet Points & 🔢 Numbering: Organize information using bullet points, numbered lists, or to-do lists.
  • 🖍️ Text Highlighting: Highlight important text or entire paragraphs to draw attention.
  1. 🧠 Use Content AI:
  • Leverage Content AI to generate outlines, introductions, or specific sections of your blog post. This is particularly useful if you’re struggling to start or conclude your content.

Finalize and Publish or Schedule the Blog Post

  1. Save or Continue:
  • Click Save to keep the post as a draft if you’re not ready to publish.
  • Click Continue to move to the publishing stage.
  1. Define the URL Slug:
  • Set a custom URL slug for your blog post, making it easy to remember and SEO-friendly.
  • Add a canonical URL if necessary to avoid duplicate content issues.
  1. Categorize and add Keywords:
  • Assign your post to one or multiple categories to help organize content on your blog.
  • Add relevant keywords for better referencing and to improve searchability/SEO.
  1. Author and Blog Status:
  • Specify the author of the blog post, adding authenticity and transparency to the content.
  • Set the status of the blog post:
  • Save as Draft if you wish to revisit the content later.
  • Publish immediately or backdate the post if needed.
  • Schedule the post to go live at a future date and time.
