// MISSION BRIEF
Goal
Build an engaging and functional survey to collect valuable information and qualify or disqualify leads based on their responses.
Ideal Outcome
Successfully create and deploy a survey that gathers targeted data and efficiently qualifies leads or current clients for your business.
Why It Matters
Surveys are powerful tools for collecting specific information from potential clients. They help in segmenting leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through tailored processes based on their answers.
When
Whenever you need to collect detailed information, qualify leads, or run targeted campaigns.

// Prerequisites

  • Access to the \_\_CompanyName’s survey builder.
  • A clear understanding of the information you need to collect.
  • Custom Fields set up in advance if needed.
// STEP-BY-STEP
01

Access the Survey Builder

  1. Login to your \_\_CompanyName.
  2. Navigate to the Sites TabSurveys section.
  3. Click on Builder to enter the survey creation tool.
  4. In the top right corner, click on Add Survey to start a new survey. You can either start from scratch or use a template.
02

Customize Your Survey

1. Give Your Survey a Name: Click on the survey title at the top and enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Pre-Qualification Survey"). 2. Add Basic Fields:

  • Use the + icon to add fields like Name, Email, Phone Number, etc. These fields help in gathering basic contact information.

3. Create Custom Questions:

  • Click on the Custom Fields tab on the left.
  • Use options like Drop-Down Single, Checkbox, or Radio to standardize answers and facilitate conditional logic.
  • Example: "How much funding does your startup have access to?" with options like "$0 - $5,000", "$5,000 - $10,000", etc.
03

Implement Conditional Logic

1. Set Up Conditional Paths:

  • Depending on the answers provided, direct respondents to different slides.
  • Example: If a lead selects "$0 - $5,000" in the funding question, direct them to a slide that gently disqualifies them or offers alternative resources.

2. Name Your Slides:

  • Click on the three-dot menu of a slide → Settings → Rename the slide to something descriptive (e.g., "Low Funding Response").

3. Set Disqualification Rules: Choose whether to disqualify leads immediately or after submitting the survey. This can be managed in the Options Panel on the right.

04

Style Your Survey

1. Customize Visuals:

  • In the Styles tab on the right, adjust the font size, color, and style to match your brand.
  • Choose between line and box styles for questions.
  • Add background images, logos, or custom branding.

2. Modify Navigation:

  • Edit the text for navigation buttons (e.g., "Next" or "Submit").
  • Enable or disable features like auto-navigation and sticky contact information.
05

Finalize and Publish

1. Set Submission Rules:

  • In the Options Panel, decide what happens after submission:
  • Redirect to a specific URL or custom message for qualified leads.
  • Redirect disqualified leads to a different URL or Message offering alternative options.

2. Save and Embed:

  • Save your survey.
  • Click on Integrate to get the embed code for your website or a direct link to share the survey.
