Enable the Missed Call Text Back Feature
- Scroll Down to Missed Call Text Back: In the Business Profile section, scroll down until you see the Missed Call Text Back option.
- Enable the Feature: Make sure the checkbox is ticked to enable the Missed Call Text Back feature.
- Customize Your Message: Click on the text box to edit the message that will be sent out when a call is missed. Personalize the message using custom values like AI Operators to automatically insert your business name.

- Enter a Test Phone Number: Input your mobile number in the test field provided.
- Simulate a Missed Call: Call your business number, let it ring, and hang up. You should receive the custom text message you set up in the previous step.

- Update the Message as Needed: Regularly review and update the text message to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
