Configure the Product for Your Funnel

  1. Login to Your the platform: Start by logging into AIO HQ dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Funnel You Wish to Add the Product To: Go to the Funnels section within AIO HQ via Sites → Funnels.
  3. Select the Products Tab: Inside the selected funnel, click on the Products tab.
  4. Click +Add Product:
  • Select your product from the drop-down list.
  • Choose the appropriate price option (e.g., One-time or Subscription).
  • Identify if the product is a Main Product or a Bump Product (optional).

Note: If you have not yet created your products do this first via the Payments → Products tab

  1. Save the Product Configuration: Click Save to confirm your changes and link the product to the funnel.

Add the Product to Your Funnel

  1. Navigate to Overview and Edit Page: Within the funnel, click on Overview and then Edit Page to enter the Funnel Builder.
  2. Add an Element:
  • Select Add Element and choose Order Form.
  • Drag and drop the order form into your desired section of the funnel.
  1. Configure the Order Form:
  • General Settings: Customize the visual aspects of the form, such as color and font.
  • Advanced Settings: Adjust fields like the shipping information, company name, and phone number. You can also customize how data is captured, ensuring the correct information is populated in the customer record.
  • Dynamic Item and Price: Ensure these placeholders are set up correctly, so they display the product and price you’ve configured.

Finalize and Preview the Funnel

  1. Save Your Work: Click the Save button at the top right to save all changes.
  2. Preview Your Funnel: Go back to the funnel steps list and select Preview Page to see how the product appears in the funnel’s order form.
  3. Test the Order Process: Fill out the form with test information to ensure that the product displays correctly and that the checkout process works seamlessly.
