Access the Social Planner

  1. Login to your \_\_CompanyName.
  2. Navigate to the Marketing tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  3. Click on Social Planner to open the scheduling tool.

Connect Your Social Media Accounts

  1. If you haven't already connected your accounts, go to Settings within the Social Planner.
  2. Click on the relevant social media platform's icon (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, GMB) to start the connection process.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in and authorize access to your social media accounts.If you're connecting any profile for the first time, you will be prompted to to choose your Gmail account.

Note: You may need to add the "Lead Connector" app to Facebook Groups for seamless integration.

Create a New Post

  1. In the Social Planner, click + Compose New Post or + Create New Post to start.
  2. Select the social media account(s) you want to post to from the dropdown menu.
  3. Upload your content:
  • 🖼️ Images: Drag and drop or upload from your media library.
  • 🎥 Videos: Upload videos with optional settings like autoplay or loop.
  • ✍️ Text: Write your post caption, including hashtags and mentions as needed.

Schedule Your Post

  1. Choose one of the following options to publish your content:
  • Post Now: Immediately publish the post to your selected account(s).
  • Schedule Post: Set a future date and time for the post to go live.
  • Schedule a recurring Post: Schedule a recurring post for a set time frame.
  • Send Post for Approval: Forward the post to a designated reviewer for approval before publishing.
  • Save for Later: Save the post as a draft if you’re not ready to schedule it.
  • Delete Post: Permanently delete the post if its no longer needed.

Review and Manage Your Schedule

  1. Click on the Planner view at the top of the Social Planner.
  2. Here, you can view your scheduled posts in a calendar format.
  3. Drag and drop posts to reschedule them easily if needed.
