  • Courses are created and set up in the Courses section of AIO HQ.
  • Admin or Owner access to the community where courses will be added.
  • (For paid courses) Integration with a payment gateway.

Access the Community’s Learning Tab

  1. Login to AIO HQ:
  • Navigate to your community via the Memberships area in the left-hand menu.
  1. Go to the Learning Tab:
  • Inside your community, select the Learning Tab from the top menu options. This is where all courses will be managed.

Add a New Course

  1. Click on Add Course:
  • In the Learning Tab, click the Add Course button.
  1. Select a Course from Your Library:
  • Choose the course you want to add from the available courses you’ve set up in the Courses section of AIO HQ. Ensure that the course is complete and ready for your community members.

Set Course Access and Pricing

  1. Choose Access Type:
  • Decide if the course will be free or paid. If it’s free, all members will automatically gain access.
  1. Set Pricing for Paid Courses:
  • If offering a paid course, select whether it will be a one-time payment or a recurring subscription. Ensure you have connected a payment gateway via Payments → Integrations
  • Enter the price and choose the appropriate currency for your audience.
  • Optional: Enable Test Mode to ensure everything is functioning correctly before going live.

Notify Members and Manage Courses

  1. Automatic Notifications:
  • All members will be notified via email whenever a new course is added to the community. This ensures that everyone is aware of the new content.
  1. Edit or Delete Courses:
  • To make changes or remove a course, click on the three dots (⋮) next to the course and select Edit or Delete.
